A ring made from black gram flour dough is carefully placed around the knee to form a leak-proof chamber.
Warm, herbalized Ayurvedic oil is gently poured into this chamber.
The oil is maintained at a consistent temperature and retained for 20–30 minutes. This allows the therapeutic properties of the oil to penetrate the tissues surrounding the joint deeply
Afterward, the oil is gently removed & massaged around the knee area.
A light herbal steam or compress may follow, depending on individual needs.
